Steve Mossman Successfully Defends York County Livestock Zoning Permit
Steve Mossman of the firm has successfully represented a York County, Nebraska, hog operation, West Blue Pork LLC in court. The West Blue Pork operation was granted a Zoning Permit by the York County Zoning Administrator. The permit was appealed to the York County Board of Adjustment which upheld the permit in March of 2007. Appeal to the District Court of York County followed. In a Judgment filed on December 6, 2007, the District Judge agreed with Mr. Mossman's argument that the West Blue Zoning Permit was properly issued and affirmed the decision of the Board of Adjustment.
