Kelly R. Hoffschneider

Kelly R. Hoffschneider has been with the firm since the beginning of his clerkship in 2002. Kelly is currently admitted to practice law in both Nebraska and South Dakota. Kelly was born and raised in rural Waco, (York County) Nebraska, where he was actively involved in the family farm's grain and livestock production.

Along with general civil and commercial litigation, business planning and estate planning, Kelly's practice areas include legal representation for all types of real estate matters including the preparation and negotiation of commercial, residential and agricultural purchase agreements and leases. In addition to real estate, Kelly also represents clients in legal matters involving insurance contracts including ERISA insurance claims. With his background and commitment to agriculture, Kelly has also dedicated a portion of his practice to agricultural law and natural resources and has provided several presentations on current developments in this area of law.

Kelly and his wife, Angie, have one son, Ethan. The Hoffschneiders live in south Lincoln and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
