Stephen D. Mossman
Steve clerked at Mattson Ricketts before joining the law firm upon graduation. He grew up in Grand Island and Kearney, Nebraska, and enjoys a regional law practice particularly in rural areas. Steve specializes in natural resources, water, environmental, agricultural, solid and hazardous waste law. In addition, he has an active administrative, litigation, and appellate practice, with substantial experience in state and federal constitutional cases. He is currently Chair of the American Bar Association's Waste Management Committee. Steve and his wife Jennie have three daughters and have been foster parents. When not working or taking care of his family, Steve enjoys hunting and fishing. Education: J.D., University of Nebraska College of Law, 1992 -- Allen Moot Court Board -- Robert G.
