Robin L. Spady

Robin L. Spady joined the law firm as a law clerk in 2003. She became an associate attorney with the firm in 2005. Robin is a native of Imperial, Nebraska. Prior to joining the firm, she was a research assistant with the Department of Mental Health of San Mateo County, California. Robin focuses her practice on commercial litigation, securities litigation and constitutional law. She has experience representing both majority shareholders and minority shareholders when corporate disagreements arise. Robin represents investors when their portfolios are invested improperly or are subjected to fraud. She also represents investment advisors in their employment disputes. Robin and her husband Blaine lived in Silicon Valley until returning home to Nebraska. Blaine is an investment banker with a local financial services corporation. In her free time, Robin enjoys gourmet cooking.
