J.L. Spray

J. L. Spray started with the firm as a law clerk, formally joining after law school. He is a lifelong resident of Lincoln. J. L.'s expertise focuses on estate planning and transactional work, including real-estate, corporate securities law and related litigation. He serves as General Counsel to a company which provides specialized services in health care. J.L. is also involved in local, state, and national politics, and has represented many committees and individuals in election related matters. From 1987 to 1992, J. L. served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Nebraska Department of Labor. He served on the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Commission overseeing campaign practices and government ethics and is currently a member of the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission. He also served on the Lincoln Board of Zoning Appeals.
