Mattson Ricketts Opens Nebraska City Office

Nebraska City attorney William F. Davis and Mattson Ricketts Law Firm are pleased to announce that effective August 15, Mattson Ricketts opened an office in Nebraska City and Mr. Davis is now affiliated with the firm. Together, they look forward to continuing Mr. Davis’s tradition of excellent professional service to the community.

Mr. Davis has long provided quality legal services to Nebraska City, and will continue to focus his practice on wills and estates. Mattson Ricketts partner and rural Otoe County resident Sally A. Rasmussen has joined the office on a full-time basis, and the firm plans to add another full-time attorney this fall.

Mattson Ricketts is a full-service general practice law firm based in Lincoln. The firm’s eleven attorneys provide legal services in a wide variety of practice areas including all types of civil litigation, personal injury claims, business planning, all aspects of real estate contracts and disputes, agricultural law, water and environmental law, investors’ rights, insurance claims, commercial law, family law and family mediation, estate planning, and probate.
